Mysore/Mysuru: The 17th Nirantara Kalemane Festival of Kumar Performing Arts Centre (KPAC), Mysuru, will be held at Kalemane Sabhaangana in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage on Dec. 18 at 4 pm.
Prof. Anitha Braggs, Principal, University College of Fine Arts, Manasagangothri, will be the chief guest.
The eventing features Bharata-natyam by disciples of Guru Vidu. Gayathri Keshavan, Director, Academy of Bharatanatyam, Bengaluru; Bharatanatyam by Guru Vidu. Nritya Kalamani Divya Prashanth, Director, Noopura Nrithyalaya, Hootagalli, Mysuru; Mohiniyattam by Mamata Vasant Kumar and Avani Santosh, disciples of Guru Dr. Sunanda Nair from USA; Bharatanatyam by Vidu. Kavana P. Kumar, disciple of Karnataka Kalashree Guru Vidu. Pushpa Krishnamurthy, Director, Pushpa Performing Arts Centre, Shivamogga and Bharatanatyam by Kalarpanam Group of Dance, Mysuru.
