Where have the sparrows gone?

Sparrows, which have had a symbiotic relationship with humans for years, have been sadly deserting human company in urban areas, preferring suburban areas and the countryside, and only making brief visits to nearby human habitats. This group of sparrows pecking grains of rice were captured by SOM photographer M.N. Lakshminarayana Yadav near H.D. Kote.
