Cheluvachari (64), a retired Police Sub-Inspector and a native of Mahadeshwara Betta, passed away on Wednesday at Beechanahalli in the taluk. He leaves behind his wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at Beechanahalli Burial Grounds.

P.N. Paramesh (68), a resident of Santhepet in the town, passed away yesterday. He leaves behind two sons, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at Veerashaiva Burial Grounds in the town this morning.

H.T. Ramakrishna Nayaka (70), a retired Head Master and a resident of Hosa Agrahara village in the taluk, passed away on Wednesday at his residence. He leaves behind his wife, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at the family’s farm land.

S.A. Wahab (96), a resident of Kalyangiri, passed away yesterday. He leaves behind three daughters, five sons and a host of relatives and friends. Burial took place at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle this noon.
