Mahadevashetty (68), a resident of Y.K. Mole village in Yalandur taluk, passed away yesterday morning at the village. He leaves behind his wife, son Basavaraju (a journalist), two daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the family’s farm land this morning.

Kulletira Baby Appaiah (Ajjikuttira), a resident of Hebbal 2nd Stage, near Kittur Rani Chennamma Circle, passed away yesterday in city. She was 83. She leaves behind daughter Mandira Anitha, son-in-law Mandira Bellu Kalaiah and a host of relatives and friends. Her body was donated to JSS Hospital in city this morning.
