Mahadevamma (51), a resident of Kurubarahalli, passed away on Wednesday in city. She leaves behind her husband Beerappa, children Rajesh, Bhagya and Mohan and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at J.C. Layout Burial Grounds yesterday, according to family sources.

K. Venkatesh (70), retired Deputy Director of Public Libraries, resident of Kuvempunagar ‘N’ Block, passed away following a heart attack in Bengaluru yesterday. He leaves behind his wife, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at Melapura in Srirangapatna today.
