N. Mahadevappa (74), Founder of Sri Shaneshwara Temples on the outskirts of Somanathapura village in the taluk, passed away yesterday. He is survived by his wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at his farm land, according to family sources.
Siddaramegowda (78), farmer leader of Kalihundi village in Saragur taluk, passed away on Tuesday at the village.
