Avinash Gowda (45), a resident of Vokkalageri in the town, passed away following a heart attack this morning. He leaves behind his wife, one son, parents and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at the burial grounds near Parashurama Temple this afternoon, according to family sources.
