As part of World Environment Day (June 5), around 250 saplings (with tree guards) were planted on the busy KRS Road from Vontikoppal temple to Jayadeva Hospital today. Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama President Swami Muktidanandaji, who inaugurated the tree-planting programme, is seen with Corporator SBM Manju, Raghulal & Co.,Proprietor N. Raghavan and other residents.
