The second International Nadaprabhu Kempegowda and  Kannadotsav, organised by Vishwa Vokkaligara Mahavedike, will be held on Feb.23 at Singapore. Speaking to reporters recently, Vedike President Y.D. Ravishankar said that such a programme was successfully held at Dubai previous year. Nudi Namana to late actor Ambarish and debate on Kempegowda will be among the events.
