32nd National U-7 Girls Chess Championship: City’s Sara scores over Aishani

Mysuru girl K.R. Sara, the top-seed, scored a well-earned win over Aishani Pathak (UP) and is placed second in the rankings with 6.5 points from 7 rounds in 32nd National U-7 Girls Chess Championship-2018 being played at Tumakuru yesterday.

After seven rounds, Andhra Pradesh’s K.A. Meenakshi emerged as the sole leader with seven points from seven  rounds. A. Anjana (TN), Bhavya Joshi (MP) and Lakshana Subramanian (TN) are placed from third to fifth in the rankings with six points each.
