38th All India Postal Cultural Meet 2026

Mysore/Mysuru: The Karnataka Postal Circle will be hosting the five-day 38th All India Postal Cultural Meet (AIPCM)-2026, a national-level event at Postal Training Centre (PTC) and Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) premises, said Sandesh Mahadevappa, Director (Headquarters), Karnataka Postal Circle, here this morning.

Addressing the media persons at Postal Training Centre, he said a total of 335 postal officials from 21 Postal Circles across India would be taking part in the cultural meet to be held between Feb. 16 and 20 .

The inaugural event will be on Feb. 16 at Cauvery Auditorium in KSOU premises at 10 am and valedictory will be held at same premises on Feb. 20.

Padma Shri awardee Pt. M. Venkatesh Kumar will be the chief guest.

K. Prakash, Chief Postmaster General, Karnataka Circle, Bengaluru, will preside over both inaugural and valedictory event. 

The Karnataka Postal Circle has also selected a team of 26 members, including 13 men and 13 women, who will be representing the Karnataka Circle at the 38th All India Postal Cultural Meet.

Ashish Singh Thakur, Director, Postal Training Centre (PTC), Mysuru and V. Tara, Director, Bengaluru Central Region were present in the press meet.
