9 goats killed in dog attack

Mysuru: In a reported incident, nine goats were killed when they were attacked by a pack of marauding dogs at New Janatha Colony near Yelwal in the taluk early yesterday morning.

The goats belonged to one Swamy Nayaka of New Janatha Colony.

Over a dozen goats were tied in an open shed adjacent to Swamy Nayaka’s house, when the pack of about 20 dogs attacked at around 4 am, killing nine of them, it is learnt.
