The bus shelter near RTO (West) Office where office-goers, students and other take buses to various destinations is without seats for commuters to sit and wait for buses. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to the public especially women and senior citizens who are forced to stand and wait for buses. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to make seating arrangements for the bus commuters who wait at this bus shelter.
