Mysore/Mysuru: Depressed over being abused by a relative, two brothers committed suicide at Siddalingapura yesterday.
The deceased brothers are Dharanesh (47) and Ganesh (40). According to N.R. Police, the brothers were abused by one of their relative over a land issue following which Ganesh committed suicide by consuming poison at a vacant plot near Hale Kesare. Dharanesh, who came to know about his brother’s death, committed suicide by hanging self to a tree at Siddalingapura.
N.R. Police and Metagalli Police, who have registered cases, are investigating.
