Mysuru: Strongly condemning the Goa Government’s action of razing down homes of Kannadigas who were living in Goa for decades, nearly 50 Kannada activists under the banner of Mysuru Zilla Kannada Chaluvaligarara Sangha staged a demonstration in front of Mahatma Gandhi’s bust opposite the Law Courts Complex here this morning.
The protestors hanged the effigy of Goa CM Manohar Parrikar to a tree and demanded that the Goa Government adequately compensate all Kannadigas.
