Bengaluru: Following denial of bail by the 57th Additional City Civil and Sessions Court, Kannada actor Darshan, who is arrested in the murder case of Chitradurga’s Renukaswamy has moved the High Court seeking bail.
Advocate S. Sunil Kumar appearing for Darshan had submitted the bail application at High Court Filing Section on Tuesday afternoon. The bail application has been attached with over 300-page document and has been issued Final Report (FR) number for now. After verifying the application, the Criminal Application number shall be provided, before tabling the same before the Court.
The advocate appearing for Darshan is likely to file a memo to consider the matter for emergency hearing at the suitable Court.
The bail application has been filed along with relevant documents, espousing the cause for suitable medical treatment for Darshan, who is suffering from back pain.
