The Social Welfare Department has invited applications from children (boys) of economically backward, SC/ST communities and persons engaged in hazardous jobs, for admission to eighth standard (2019-20) at the city’s Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala. The admission will be through an entrance test and children currently studying in seventh standard (2018-19) are eligible to apply. The application forms are available at the Department offices in all taluks. The last date for applying is Mar.25.
