Mysuru: The Department of Scheduled Tribe Welfare has invited applications from SSLC passed students for admissions to first year Pre-University Education (PCMB/ PCMC courses) at Ekalavya Model Residential Pre-University College at Sollepura in H.D. Kote taluk for the academic year 2019-20.

Interested students may obtain the application forms available at the office of the District Coordinator, ST Welfare Department, Dr. Babu Jagjeevan Ram Building, Adipampa Road, Paduvarahalli Block, Offices of ST Department, H.D. Kote or all offices of Moraraji Desai, Ekalavya, Kitturu Rani Chennamma Model Residential Schools across the district and the filled in application forms must be submitted before May 13.

The Department will provide free uniforms, food, accommodation, study materials and tools, quality education to students during their stay.

The annual income of parents of the applicants of SC/ST/ Category 1 should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakh and Rs.1 lakh for other Backward Classes students.
