Mysuru: Arun Kumar Shettar was elected the President of Mysore Bank Colony Residents’ Cultural and Welfare Association, SBM Colony, Srirampura at its Annual General body Meeting held at Janani Janma Bhoomi function hall, Aravindanagar, recently. B. S. Ravindranath presided.
The other members are: Vice-President Venkatakrishna Bhat, Secretary K.V. Ramanath, Joint Secretary K.Raghuram and Treasurer H. Gurumurthy.
The Committee members are: Chandrasekhara Udupa, K.S. Prakash, H.R. Prakash, Nagendraprasad and Sumathi.
Apart from the above, 14 more members were nominated as special invitees to assist the team in case of emergency.
Bhagwan and Radha Lakshmanaraju rendered the invocation. Arunkumar Shettar welcomed. M.Basavanna proposed a vote of thanks. Venkatakrishna Bhat compered. More than 200 members were present. The programme concluded with a music recital by renowned vocal artiste Revathi Sharma and troupe, according to a press release from Secretary K.V. Ramanath.
