In his address, Prof. Raveendra Saradhi Vadlamudy, Campus Head, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Kakinada campus, Andhra Pradesh (AP), said that a graduation ceremony is not merely a celebration of academic success but a significant transition from a structured learning environment to a dynamic and often unpredictable real-world ecosystem. While education in institutions is guided and supported, he noted that success in the professional world depends largely on self-drive, accountability and a strong sense of responsibility.
Highlighting current global trends, he observed that India is witnessing a powerful convergence of technology and entrepreneurship, opening up unprecedented opportunities for management graduates.
Fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics and digital transformation are reshaping industries and creating new career pathways.
