Mysuru: Dr. Ajish K. Abraham, Professor, Dept. of Electronics, All India Institute of Speech & Hearing (AIISH), Mysore has been invited by the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS) to deliver a talk on Nov. 23.
He will be delivering the talk on “Research problems in speech processing for speech and hearing disorders”.
During this visit, Dr. Ajish will also interact with the faculty of NUS regarding possible collaborations in the area of speech processing for rehabilitation of persons with communication disorders.
Dr. Ajish has also been invited for the 20th Annual Conference of the “World Academy of Science Engineering and Technology (WASET)” to be held at Kyoto, Japan on Nov. 15 and 16 where he will present a paper titled “Efficacy of a Wiener filter based technique for speech enhancement in hearing aids.”
