AITA Hyderabad Men’s Tennis Tourney: Mysuru’s Manish enters quarterfinals

Mysuru lad G. Manish, a student of Sapient PU College, Mysuru, and a product of Mysore Tennis Club (MTC), Mysuru, taking part in the AITA Men’s 1 Lakh Prize-Money Tennis Tournament, entered the quarterfinals in the Men’s Singles event  on Tuesday.

G. Manish beat Venkat Sawamy Naidu of Tamil Nadu 6-2, 6-2 in the pre-quarterfinals to sail into the last eight stage of the Tournament proper. In the first round, Manish beat Shashank Theertha 6-3, 6-1 to progress further.
