Alhaj Khaleel Ahmed (62), Class 1 Contractor, proprietor of Jidda Electricals and a resident of Vidyaranyapuram, passed away last evening at a private hospital in city.

A member of Masjid-e-Umar and Madrasa, near Railway Workshop, he leaves behind his mother, wife, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Namaz-e-Janaza was held last night followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle.
