Alhaja Syedani Bi

Alhaja Syedani Bi (90), wife of Alhaj late Jabbar Shariff and a resident of 2nd Cross in Udayagiri 4th Stage, passed away yesterday in city.

She leaves behind four sons including retired Professor and Head of the Department of Medicines at Mysore Medical College and Research Institute (MMC&RI) Dr. Mohammed Ghouse Shariff, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Namaz-e-Janaza was held today after Zohar (1.30 pm) at Masjid-e-Quba in Udayagiri followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle, according to family sources.
