Women all over India have deep connection with it and competitions over same aren’t new.  Keeping the festive season in mind, the Mahila and Makkala Dasara Sub-Committee had organised a State-level Rangoli design contest in front of Mysore Palace here this morning.

A characteristic drawing was Chandrayaan – 2 by Anita from Mysuru with a caption ‘Failure is also a step to success.’
