Bengaluru: Despite the Congress High Command insisting him to contest from Mandya Assembly segment, Actor and sitting Mandya MLA Ambarish is said to have refused to contest the May 12 Assembly polls. Ambarish, who was allotted the party ticket from Mandya, is reported to have bluntly told the High Command that he will not be contesting the polls, come what may.
