Mysuru: An ambulance belonging to a private hospital was severely damaged as a huge tree fell on it.

The incident took place at Saraswathipuram 14th Main Road here yesterday.

Luckily, there were no patients or people in and around the ambulance when the tree fell, thus averting a major mishap from happening.

Traffic was disrupted for some time on the road and the MCC Abhaya – 2 team members Shivu, Anand, Raghu, Prasanna and Indra, who reached the spot, cleared the fallen tree and made way for smooth flow of traffic.
