Ammanamma (75), wife of late Narasimhaiah and mother of MCC Ward No. 49 Corporator Sowmya Umesh, passed away at her residence on Basaveshwara Road here on Sunday. She leaves behind four daughters, one son and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill on Monday, according to family sources.
