Indiscriminate dumping of used paper bowls clog the storm water drain near the vegetable market on Mahatma Gandhi Road (M.G. Road) behind Dasara Exhibition in city. So dense is the quantity of discarded paper bowls that the water in the drain is completely covered and one can easily mistake it to be some ornamental work done to beautify the drain.
