The following individuals / institutions have adopted the animals of Mysuru Zoo under “Adoption of Animals” scheme by paying the Adoption Fee: B.R. Gangadhar, Bengaluru – two Peacocks, two Indian Cobras and two Australian Rainbow Lorikeets (Rs. 15,000); Mridulatha Kshemakari, daughter of Dayanand Kshemakari – White Peacock, Common Peafowl, Star Tortoise, Barn Owl (Rs.12,500); Jyoti Gouda, Uttara Kannada District – Golden Pheasant (Rs.3,500).
