Mysore/Mysuru: The 19th Annual Celebrations of Sri Krishna Gana Sabha and Thyagaraja – Purandara Aradhana will be held on Feb.27 (Saturday) and Sri Chamarajendra Wadiyar X Jayanthi on Feb.28 (Sunday) at its premises.

Krishna Gana Sabha in association with Sri Krishna Seva Samithi Chartable Trust and Kannada and Culture Department has arranged Aradhana Mahotsava on Saturday at 5.30 pm followed by music concert by Vidushi Rajalakshmi Sridhar. Accompanying artistes are Vid.Thandava Murthy – violin and Vid. G.S. Kumar – mridanga.

The birthday celebrations of Sri Chamarajendra Wadiyar X will be held on Sunday for the first time by the Sabha. M. Jagannath Shenoy, Managing Trustee, Mangalore Ganesha Beedi Works, Mysuru, will inaugurate the event at 6 pm. This will be followed by a grand music concert by Vid. Pattabhirama Pandit accompanied by Vidushi Charulatha Ramanujam on violin and  Vidwan Arjunkumar on mridanga. The above programmes will be held at Alwar Kala Bhavan, Sri Krishna Temple, Gokulam.
