Mysuru: City’s Schevaran Laboratories Private Limited, manufacturers of environment-friendly cleaning solutions since many years, celebrated the annual day of Schevaran Innovation Centre (SIC) at its premises in Hebbal industrial area recently.
On the occasion, K. B. Ganapathy, Editorial Advisor, Star of Mysore, who was the chief guest, felicitated Dr. C. G. Betsurmath, Executive Secretary, JSS Mahavidyapeetha and former MCC Commissioner, with Schevaran Societal Outreach Award in the area of public hygiene and for getting the Cleanest City Award to Mysuru twice. Sam Cherian, Founder and MD of Schevaran Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and Dr. T. N. Bhavanishankar, Director, Schevaran Innovation Centre (SIC) were present.
The awards function to coincide with the annual day was held at Hotel Country Inn & Suites, Hebbal. Benjamin Alexander, Director (Sales), Schevaran, welcomed. Dr. T. N. Bhavanishankar announced the institution of Schevaran Societal Outreach Award, Schevaran Scientific Excellence Award and Schevaran Executive Housekeeper of the Year Award on the occasion.
Dr. V. Prakash, Chairman, Advisory Board of SIC and former Director of CFTRI presided.
