Mysore/Mysuru: Vijaya Vittala PU College hosted its annual day with splendour and grandeur. R. Vasudev Bhat, Hon. Secretary of VVEI and CA A. Vishwanatha, Trustee of VVEI, inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhat lauded the institution’s excellence over the years in imbibing value-based education with the blessings of Sri Pejawar Swamiji. He advised the
students to utilise the opportunities provided by the institution in all academic activities and bring laurels to the College.
Vishwanath told the students to have futuristic views and succeed with determination.
Principal H. Satyaprasad presented the annual report of the academic year. S.A. Veena, Principal of Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala was present on the occasion.
Academic toppers of the previous year and other talented students who have excelled in co-curricular activities were felicitated at the Pratibha Puraskar event.
Students presented various cultural programmes displaying their talents and skills on stage. Dr. R. M. Naveen Kumar, lecturer in Chemistry was felicitated for his getting Ph.D in Chemistry.
Vinayak and Skanda rendered the invocation. Namratha compered. Holika welcomed. Amrutha proposed the vote of thanks.
