Mysuru:  The 10th Annual Day celebration of Police Public School, Jalapuri, has been organised on Dec. 15 at the Karnataka Police Academy (KPA) auditorium in two sessions — junior and senior.

Chief guest C.V. Gopinath, former Additional Secretary, Government of India, will inaugurate the event at 9.30 am. Dr. A. Subramanyeswara Rao, city Police Commissioner and Executive President, KSPW&E Trust, will preside.

Arjun Devaiah Theethamada, International Athlete, will inaugurate the celebrations in the second session at 5 pm. K.V. Sharath Chandra, IGP, Southern Range and Hon. President, KSPW&E Trust, will preside.

The programme  comprises prize distribution and cultural events.  Amit Singh, SP and Secretary, KSPW&E Trust, will be the guest of honour. Rennie Joseph Mendonce, Principal and K.S. Raghunath, Commandant, V BN. KSRP, Mysuru and Joint Secretary, KSPW&E Trust will be present on the occasion.   

Jnanodaya PU College  

Sri Vidyatheertha Institute of Culture and Jnanodaya Pre-University College, Saraswathipuram, is celebrating its 7th Annual Day on Dec. 15 at 5.30 pm at its premises.  Sri Bharathi Theertha Swamiji and Sri Vidhushekhara Bharathi Swamiji will grace the occasion. Prof. D. Shivalingaiah, Vice-Chancellor, KSOU, will be the chief guest. Padmashri  Dr. V.R. Gowrishankar, CEO, Sri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri, will preside.
