Annual General Body Meeting of Muslim Co-operative Bank held

Mysore/Mysuru: The 110th Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of The Muslim Co-operative Bank Limited was held at its premises near Old RMC on New Sayyaji Rao Road in city recently.

The AGM began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Hazarath Moulana Qari Inayath ur Rahman Rizvi, Khateeb and Imam of Masjid-e-Aqsa, Gumbad-e-Shahi, Srirangapatna. Ameenulla Khan presented Naat-e-Shariff.

Bank Director Dr. Abdul Ravoof welcomed. Senior Manager Syed Abdul Irfan read the notice of the 110th AGM and presented the proceedings of the 109th AGM.

Scholarships were distributed to the children of share holders of the Bank, who had excelled in 2nd PUC and SSLC exams. A few senior share holders were felicitated by Bank President K.C. Showkath Pasha, who also presented the Directors report, audited balance sheet, profit and loss statement, budget for the year 2025-2026, distribution of profit for the year 2024-2025, which was approved by the members present in the meeting.

MLA Tanveer Sait was felicitated on the occasion.

Bank Director and Dental Surgeon Dr. Suraiya Tarannum

proposed the vote of thanks while another Director Advocate Mohamed Zabi ulla Khan compered.

MLA Tanveer Sait and share holders lauded the services, development and implementation of new policies, including welfare of employees of the Bank.

Vice-President Gulam Rabbani, In-charge Chief Executive Officer Shaik Ibrahim and Bank Directors were present.
