Mysore/Mysuru: Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDM-IMD), Siddarthanagar, in association with Convergence-3i and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will be organising Annual Leadership Talk (ALT) at SDM-IMD Auditorium on March 14.
The Annual Leadership Talk is delivered by corporate and social leaders who have achieved excellence in their chosen field of work. This year Amit Kumar, Chairman-CII, Mysuru Chapter, VP & Head, Metering & Protection Systems, Larsen and Toubro, will be delivering the talk. This will be followed by Convergence 3i — Industry-Institute-Interaction, a platform for final year students from engineering and other discipline and fresh graduates to understand industry requirement and emerging fields in corporate world.
An expert discussion on the ‘Need for Creating Platforms for students, institutes and industry to interact’ is the opening session of Convergence 3i. Dattakumar, Head Operations at EnhanzED, Mysuru; M.S. Adarsh, VP-Growth Strategies North Americas at Excel Soft Technologies, and S.N. Prasad, Professor- Strategy at SDM-IMD, will share their views on the topic.
This will be followed by a panel discussion on ‘Enhancing Capabilities through MOOCs and Online Courses’. H.S. Kumara from University of Mysore, Deepashri Narendra of Vinyas Technologies, L.
