Teresian Pre University College held its annual sports meet at the college grounds in Siddarthanagar, here recently.

The meet kicked off with the hoisting the College Sports Flag by chief guest Rev. Dr. Sr. Genevieve, Academic Adviser, Teresian Institution, Mysuru.

Later, the sport meet was inaugurated by National Level Basketball Player B.P. Lavanya. Rev. Sr. Prafula, Principal, Teresian Pre University College, Rev. Sr. Anjali, Manager, Teresian Institutions, Mysuru, Rev. Dr. Sr. Sajitha,  Director, Teresian Institution were the guests of honour.

Sadhana, Sports Committee Member, Teresian College, Mysore, were welcome the guest, Dr. Anto Richard, Sports Committee Member, Teresian PU College, Anthony Moses, Physical Education Director, Teresian PU College were present.

Athletic events such as 100 Mts sprint, 200 Mts sprint, 1500 Mts run, Walking Race, Shot Put, High Jump, Long Jump, 4X100 Mts, Relay, Discus Throw and Non-Sports events such as Lemon & Spoon Race, Gunny Bag Race, Australian Trolley were conducted by  the college.

Red House secured the Best March Past Group Rolling Trophy scoring 71 points and was followed by Yellow House with 63 Points.
