Annual Techno-Cultural Fest, Geethayaana from Apr. 23

Mysore/Mysuru: GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Mysuru, is celebrating its Annual Techno-Cultural Fest, Geethayaana – 2026, from Apr. 23 to 25.

Geethayaana – 2026 will be inaugurated by chief guest, Prakash Belawadi, actor, Director and Screenwriter, on Apr. 23 at 10.30 am at  M. Govinda Rao Memorial Hall, GSSSIETW, in city.

 This annual event provides a vibrant platform for students from various engineering colleges to showcase their technical expertise and cultural talents.

Praveen Mysore, Vice President, Global Product Technology and Head of India Tech Hub, lululemon, will be guest of honour.

Dr. M. Jagannath Shenoy, President, GSSS, will preside.

Anupama B. Pandit, Secretary, GSSS, R.K. Bharath, Board Member & CEO GSSS, Management Committee members of GSSS and Dr. M. Shivakumar, Principal, GSSSIETW, Mysuru will attend the inaugural function.

The Chief Coordinators, Dr. S. Bellappa, Professor and Head, Department of Chemistry and Dr. Vinay Venugopal, Professor and Head, Department of Physics, along with the Heads of other Departments, staff, and students of GSSSIETW, will be present on the occasion. This popular event features a wide range of inter-collegiate competitions. The Technospardha Events, including QR Hunt, Promptify, Bug Bounty Challenge, AI Treasure Hunt, and Circuit Crash, will be held on Apr. 23. Cultural Events such as Bhakti Geethe, Bhava Geethe, Janapada Geethe, Classical Vocal, Skit, Mime, Solo Dance, Duet Dance, Group Dance, Debate, and Mono Acting will be held on Apr. 24. The prize distribution ceremony will be held on Apr. 25.

Students from various engineering colleges will participate.
