Apollo BGS Hospitals launches state-of-the-art Gastroenterology Unit in city

Mysuru: Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru, launched its state-of-the-art Gastroenterology Unit in city recently. This unit is a first-of-its-kind in Karnataka for performing rare and unusual procedures.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rajkumar Wadhwa, Head of Institute of Gastroenterology, said, “With the launch of this new Gastroenterology unit, patients from Mysuru and nearby areas can avail the best facilities and care at minimum costs without leaving the State.  Special efforts are made to maintain hygiene at the facility and the best of Endoscope sterilisation practices are employed to reduce the risk of transmission of Infections.”
