Applications for student loan

Mysuru: The Karnataka Uppara Development Corporation Limited (KUDCL) and Nijasharana Ambigara Chowdaiah Development Corporation has invited applications from students belonging to the Uppara community and its sub-sects and those belonging to Besta, Kabbaliga, Koli, Gangamata, Mogavira and its sub-sects, for loans to pursue studies for the year 2018-19. The maximum loan sanctioned will be Rs. one lakh at two per cent rate of interest to meet the expenses of course work for one year.

The students must have got admission through CET or based on merit and they have to study any one of the following courses: BE, MBBS, BUMS, BDS, BHMS, MBA, M.Tech. ME, MD, Ph.D to name a few.

The annual income of the student and his family should not exceed Rs.3.50 lakh. Students interested in availing the education loan must submit the application with all necessary details.

The students may send the filled-in applications through post or personally visit Mysuru District D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation, District Manager’s Office  before July 31.
