Applications invited for DCF and Forest Guards posts

Mysuru: The Department of Forest, Government of Karnataka, has invited applications for the post of Deputy Conservator of Forest (DCF)  and Forest Guards.

Those applying for DCF must have studied B.Sc (Forestry) or with any two of the following subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Biology, Geology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology as their optional in B.Sc.

Thirty years is the age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ST, 28 years for 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B and 25 years for General Merit.

For candidates applying for Forest Guards, PUC pass is a must. 32 years is the age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ST, 30 years for 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B and 27 years for General Merit.  

The online applications will be received from May 15 to June 14.

Candidates should submit their details by logging on www.aranya.gov.in
