Mysore/Mysuru: The District Employment Exchange Office has invited online applications from unmarried youths (girls and boys) from India for Agniveer Air Force recruitment exam conducted by Indian Air Force under ‘Agnipath’ scheme.
‘Agnipath’ is a radical recruitment policy for the Indian armed forces under which ‘Agniveers’ are hired on four-year contract for the three defence services (Army, Navy and Air Force) which will help in character building and will empower the nation’s youth.
Candidates who are born between 27.6.2002 and 27.12.2005 (including both the dates) are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a pass in PUC with Science subjects. Also they must have secured 50 percent marks in Mathematics, Physics and English. If candidates have studied any professional course, they must have passed with 50 percent marks in English, Physics and Mathematics subjects.
The height of male candidates must be 152.5 cm and weight according to the height while female candidates height must be 152 cm and weight according to the height and the chest circumference must be 77 cm.
Applications must be submitted by paying Rs. 250 by logging on to https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in between Nov. 7 and Nov. 23. The exams will be held from Jan. 1, 2023 to Jan. 24, 2023.
