Vijaya Lakshmi S. Murthy, a resident of 1st Main, 2nd Cross, Dattagalli 3rd Stage, Kanakadasa Nagar, has been appointed as President of Mysore District Congress Committee Labour Cell (Mahila Wing), according to a press release from L. Uma Devi President, KPCC Labour Cell.
