Mirza Jamsheed Baig Ashrafi, former Press Secretary of Mysore City (District) Congress Committee Minority Department and a resident of CITB Colony, 2nd Stage, Udayagiri, has been appointed as the Spokesperson of the DCC Minority Department with immediate effect in recognition for his yeomen service to the DCC Minority Department, according to the appointment order by Minority Department President S.A. Shabuddin.
