Mysuru: Dr. Mahadevi, Professor of the Department of Studies in History, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysuru, has been appointed as Dean (Academic) of the Open University.
The post had fallen vacant following the retirement of Dr. A. Somashekar on superannuation on April 30, following which Dean (Study Centre) Dr. D.T. Basavaraj was given the additional charge of the post.
