Articulate Festival to celebrate Intl. Dance Day

Mysuru: Articulate Festival, coordinated by Mysore B. Nagaraj, is conducted on 3rd Sunday of every month, at the Premier Convention Hall, Premier Studios, Jayalakshmipuram. Accomplished Classical dancers both from India and abroad take part in this festival.

On Sunday (Apr.30), Articulate Festival celebrates International Dance Day, which was introduced in 1982 by the International Dance Council and is celebrated yearly, on April 29.

Six solo artistes are scheduled to perform in Bharatanatyam and Kathak style. While Sharath Suryanarayana will perform Kathak, Monisha Nandakumar, Sushmita Suresh, H.S.Sushmita, Pratibha Kini and T.K. Rajesh performs Bharatanatyam. The event starts at 5 pm.
