Picture shows the arty entrance of the amphitheatre (Vanya Rangamandira) at the Mysore Zoo which will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Siddharamaiah tomorrow (Aug. 10) at 3.30 pm. Said to be inspired by the one in Singapore Zoo, the amphitheatre which has a built up area of around 1,100 sq.m., has been constructed at a cost of about Rs. 2.3 crore. Picture right shows one of the side-walls of the entrance which features artwork on wild animals to spread the message of wildlife conservation.
