Mysuru: Swimmers of Marlin Aquatic Centre excelled in the recently concluded ASMITA Khelo India Women’s Swimming League in city.
Leading the charge was Kashvi Kaveramma, who emerged as the star performer winning four gold medals.
Meanwhile, K. Panishka, Y. Ayushi, Vimarsha R. Gowda, G.S. Anwitha Sai, A. Rishika Tani, Aditi B.C. Gowda won 4 gold, 6 silver and 4 bronze medals.
Medal winners
Kashvi Kaveramma: 4 gold medals in 50 mts butterfly, 50 mts breaststroke, 100 mts breaststroke and 100 mts freestyle.
K. Panishka: 1 gold in 50 mts butterfly, 2 silver in 50 mts breaststroke and 50 mts freestyle and 1 bronze medal in 50 mts backstroke.
Vimarsha R. Gowda: 3 gold in 100 mts butterfly, 50 mts backstroke and 100 mts backstroke and 1 bronze medal in 50 mts butterfly.
G.S. Anwitha Sai: 1 silver in 50 mts butterfly.
Y. Ayushi: 1 silver in 50 mts freestyle, 1 bronze in 50 mts backstroke.
A. Rishika Tani: 1 bronze medal in 25 mts backstroke.
Aditi B.C. Gowda: 2 silver in 25 mts butterfly and 25 mts freestyle.
The medal-swimming swimmers train under K.S. Mahesha, Raghu, Srinivas and Kemparaju.
