Association Cup Basketball: SWR Mysuru defeats Beagles BC

The hoopsters of South Western Railway (SWR), Mysuru, beat Beagles BC 57-28 in the Women’s Semi-final League Match to register their second successive win in the State Association Cup Basketball Tournament played at Sree Kanteerava Stadium Courts in Bengaluru yesterday.

On the final day on Monday, if Mounts Club beats Beagles BC and SWR lose to DYES, Vidyanagar, head-to-head record will be used to declare the winner. In that case, SWR Mysuru who beat Mounts Club on Saturday will emerge as the winner.

Results – Women’s Semi-final League

Sunday’s Match: SWR Mysuru 57 (Amritha 14) bt Beagles BC 28 (Chandana 11) (ht 30-15).

Saturday: SWR 77 (Vinaya 14, Anusha 13) bt Mounts Club 49 (Thangam 20, Sagarika 10).
