Mysore/Mysuru: Citizen Convent School, Udayagiri, celebrated ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Community Day 2026 in connection with the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, under the initiative of Atal Innovation Mission.
The event aimed to promote innovation, creativity and scientific thinking among students and local community. A series of engaging and hands-on activities were conducted.
Students actively participated in innovative sessions such as ‘Sensor Ka Jadoo,’ exploring ultrasonic sensor-based projects, along with Artificial Intelligence (AI) workshops that introduced them to emerging technologies.
The school also organised ‘Tinker Quest’ quizzes and Innovation Flash Mob activities, making learning interactive and enjoyable. A special highlight was ‘Brain Bazar’ pitching session, where young innovators showcased their creative ideas and problem-solving projects, encouraging entrepreneurial thinking. As part of community outreach, Citizen Convent invited students from nearby schools to experience ATL, promoting collaborative learning and extending STEM education to a wider community.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Maha Jabeen, Founder-Secretary & Principal and coordinated by Abdul Muheeb, ATL In-charge, along with the dedicated efforts of teachers and staff.
